What this is

A tool that compares a Danish property valuation declaration with the public registers and drafts an objection for you to file. This tool does not estimate market value. It says what your declaration states, what the public registers state, and the day each register was read.

What it is not

• It is not legal advice and not tax advice. Whether to object, and what to say, is your decision and your adviser's.
• It is not a valuation. No figure here is an opinion about what a property is worth.
• You file the objection yourself with your own MitID. We never ask for MitID, never hold anyone's credentials, and never act in your name.
• It is not a substitute for the registers themselves. Every figure names the register and the day it was read, so you can check it.

What you are responsible for

The content of anything you file. Every document this tool produces is a draft for you to read; approving it is you saying it is right. Deadlines are yours to keep — the tool counts 28 days from the date printed on the declaration and shows it on every screen, but the letter you received is the authority on your own deadline.

What we do not promise

That a register will answer. Two of the registers this product would like to read did not answer at all on the day it was built, and one of them needs an account that does not exist yet. Where a register is silent the tool says so and compares nothing against it, rather than reporting that nothing was found.

Ending it

Delete the account in Settings whenever you like. It removes the properties, the uploaded declarations and their files, the register answers, the letters and the log.
